Starting from the front desk receptionist Martha, who has always been very professional, helpful and always with a smile which as a patient, is greatly appreciated! Dr. Velasquez was highly recommended and she was great! Very friendly, great bedside manner and very professional. Her assistant was also very pleasant. Highly recommend for podiatry needs! I had a good experience overall with front staff. On the other hand I expected much more from Dr. Velasquez. I went to get some help, recommendations, and any other info that would help with my flat feet and pain. She saw me for less than 10mins after x rays were done. She never called me or emailed to go over the x rays so who knows why those were taken. She only recommended custom made insoles for my shoes.
