I visited this store as part of an event my friend won, and while I was there, I purchased a permanent bracelet. The clasp on the bracelet was a large cross, and sometime between leaving the store and getting home that evening, I noticed the cross was already broken. Very cute shop and good selection! With the price point being a little high I am disappointed I’ve lost three bracelets. They have all fallen off within a few months of getting them. 😣😓 Update: the shop contacted me and offered to reattach the one I have and replace the missing one. Appreciate their quick response and customer support!
We had such an amazing time at Arm Vibe! The owner was so sweet and welcoming. I came with my sister for her birthday and she went above and beyond to make it special, she surprised her with a birthday sash, a shot glass, and helped us create the cutest bracelets. It was such a fun and memorable experience. You must visit, trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
