After receiving an order that we felt was below the standard that me and my team approved, Dominic from Arm Factory inspected and reviewed the order, came to the decision that it did meet their quality standards, but because we remained unsatisfied, offered a much appreciated 10% refund. They have provided print and design services for the companies I support for longer than I can put a finger on. If you haven't already be sure to check them out in person and get your screen printing through the Arm Factory!
