Awful management, front desk lady is mean and rude, they never do work on time, always with attitude like you owe them something.
They do absolute zero unless you call the city HPD inspectors on them. Then they threaten you. After they realize it's not affecting you they make sure not to service your apartment. One of the very few management companies that STILL doesn't offer tenants reporting to credit agencies their rent payment to improve their credit. And getting them to do anything in the apartment is near impossible without the city. And now they are on Yelp. Photos are of the ceiling in one of the apartments they got.
One of their superintendents just threw a book in the trash and called it trash for him to clean. Can you believe it? A book. This is just beyond low class. One of the very few management companies that STILL doesn't offer tenants reporting to credit agencies their rent payment to improve their credit. And getting them to do anything in the apartment is near impossible without the city.
Living with this management is a nightmare. Building in a bad shape, neighbors are not compiled with rent contract rules, plenty of roaches at the walls, and if You will tell Your complaints to the management, they will tell You "You can leave any time, if you don't like something, and we will rent You apartment to another tenants for higher price", and You will never see a security deposit.
