The service is terrible. I called in regard to an issue I had with a reference number they gave me. When I explained my issue to the nurse over the phone, she simply repeated what I had just said and then proceeded to hang up on me.
This hospital was such a dream when going thru such a nightmare. My ten yr old son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes out of the blue. This hospital is the only one I have ever stepped in that I could literally give a "PERFECT" rating for. My son was put at ease by all of the fun things to keep my son from thinking about what was taking place. Also I was there for days due to my son being in ICU so I can honestly say there was not 1 staff member that was not helpful, or insightful, or calming. I knew they were so busy but th... read more
