I’m reporting this business to the BBB. They improperly installed our flooring and refuse to take any responsibility for the flooring coming up and the LVP flooring splitting. This Company is super unprofessional and their accounting manager Tyler just hung the phone up on me when I let him know that we were getting a flooring inspector because we believe that they improperly installed our flooring. Slow unloading it took 3 hrs. They forgot to give me back BOL's. I took extra 30 min to find paperwork.
