Worst place to possibly live!!!! Our neighbors moving out warned us about poor management. Looking through the comments on the page from 2 years ago and nothing has changed. They got rid of security I’m assuming to save a few bucks. Putting the safety of the residents at risk!!! People are still breaking into cars and if you call they act as if they could care less. Very Nice Place To Live I have lived here now for 7 months. The office staff has always treated me well..When I had a maintenance problem on a Saturday, I had a very quick response to fix it. My view is that they want problems fixed right away to keep the property in good condition. I love the park atmosphere with all the trees and grass. The grounds are maintained very well. RecommendedWhen I moved in to these apartments a few months back Rachel was so attentive with my move in, I was able to move in days later and helped me with all my paperwork! The other staff in the office are always so pleasant and helpful if I’m waiting on a package or if I need to pay my rent... the maintenance supervisor Jessie is always on top of his work orders, rain, snow, heat you always see him doing his job! The staff the owner has chosen to help run her apartment complexes are phenomenal !!! 10/10
This is the second time posting on here. I have continuously had problems paying with the 5 different account numbers they gave me, still have no drop box and are now threatening to evict me for getting behind on rent. I tried logging into my account to try and pay with debit and now it says I’m not registered. I have had to pay late fees even when I have the money or money order for the date they need it. I’m looking into seeking legal advice for this problem. I don’t want to end up homeless because of their incompetence.
The office staff is very unprofessional and rude to the residents. Went in to talk to them about a problem and they were nasty and would not take responsibility for their mistakes. Rachel Dodge the leasing consultant needs some training on treating residents with respect and the Manager is never in the office.
Realy geto place.. your car will get broken into and u will have crack heads walking around..dont expect anything to get fixed by landlords
Nice anf friendly This apartments are nice yhe ppl are friendly the maintenance always comes fast to fix anything damaged
