I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and am requesting a full refund I came in excited to colour my hair after 4 years and clearly showed the colour I wanted. I asked for a simple all-over colour, but instead my hair was toned multiple times. The first result was far too light, the correction left me with burgundy/red tones at the roots and lighter, uneven ends, and further attempts were made to correct it. Chelsea did an absolutely amazing job on my hair! From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and talent are incredible. My hair has never looked or felt better, and I left feeling so confident. She’s not only amazing at what she does, but she’s also such a lovely person to chat with. I couldn’t recommend Chelsea highly enough and I’ll definitely be back.
