The maintenance staff -- particularly Mario and Roberto -- are not only good at their work keeping everything in tip top shape -- they are friendly, welcoming, and part of what makes living int he ArLo building a pleasure. I recently put in a work order on a couple of small things - things that other people might have put off. They were addressed and done well within hours. I was delighted, and look forward to telling Mario so in person.
8/22/2021 I would NEVER recommend ArLo to anyone, ESPECIALLY, while owned by Mission Rock. Management is incredibly unprofessional, and they do not follow up with maintenance requests. ArLo has had 4 different Property Managers since they purchased the building in January 2021 through the time of this review (August 2021) People are fighting against Mission Rock to break their lease to get out of there. There is no communication from Management to Tenants on anything, like whenever a break-in occurs, or the internet is down ... read more

I lived at Arlo for about 1.5 years. Overall it was a positive experience. There was a mix up around my move in date, which was inconvenient, but Jasmine went above and beyond to make it right very quickly and I was very satisfied with the outcome. If I ever needed anything, the leasing office was always super friendly and helpful. From a customer service perspective I thought Arlo was really great. Living at The Arlo has truly been a blessing. From the start, the management and the staff have shown nothing but professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the residents.
