The place looks great and leasing management Allie and Sanghar were excellent.
I recently toured this apartment complex because my friend currently lives here. While the property itself seemed nice at first, I was very disappointed by the conditions of the property. It appeared to be heavily overrun with pigeons, with a large amount of bird droppings present. This creates obvious sanitation and potential health concerns and reflects poorly on the overall maintenance of the property. They did not create enough parking spaces for residents. All units are given one parking space, the rest is either reserved (which you have to pay for) or first come first serve. If all free spaces are taken and you do have to pay for a reserved spot (spaces started at $2 and are now $5), there is a 99% possibility there wont be any reserved available either.
