I had a great experience with the maintenance team at Arlo Apartments. My garbage disposal stopped working, and Bradley, the Service Manager, took care of it right away. He was friendly, professional, and had everything fixed in about three minutes. It’s always reassuring to know the maintenance team is responsive and genuinely cares about helping residents. I couldn't be happier with my new apartment! The unit itself is beautiful—spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The amenities here are fantastic-everything from a sleek gym, beautiful resort-style pool to a rooftop area with an amazing view! I could go on and on.. But what truly makes this place a dream is the staff. Allie, Sangar, and Mercedes are absolutely phenomenal—they've been so kind, attentive, and made me feel like a part of the community from day one. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Allie, Sangar, and Mercedes in the office! We just moved in and are extremely happy, they’ve all been wonderful and so helpful and patient, no matter how many times you’ve done it, moving is always a stressful time in a person’s life, but they’ve all been amazing and made everything so seamless and smooth! The apartment and amenities are beautiful but what really makes the difference is the team who makes it happen, both the leasing office and maintenance! =)
