Worst experience trying to get a new set of glasses. The incompetent staff told me they couldn’t get me the lenses I wanted—a set of lenses I had placed on these same frames 3 years ago. I had to send back the first set of lenses because they were causing headaches, then had to settle on a lens style I didn’t really want. Stay clear from this shop.

Friends, these people are the best! They are good at their jobs, they're friendly and kind, I've used them for years and hope I never have to stop.
I’ve been going to Dr. Crosier for about 15 years now and refuse to go to anyone else. He is absolutely the best eye doctor there is in DFW. I had gone to at least half a dozen eye doctors when I was in elementary school who kept sending me home with prescription glasses that did nothing to help me.
