I give them 10/10, they helped me out to get the right part for my taco, they even checked few times to make sure it was right one.
I ordered the wrong part online and only realized that when I compared my old speaker with the replacement speaker. Called today 9 June 2025 at around 2 in the afternoon and spoke to Gaz about my situation and told me the correct part is in stock. I stopped by today around 3:30 and spoke to John over at the parts counter and told him my situation as well. I like the customer service. I call on the phone to order a part around mind day but I forgot to give my name for the order. I went pick up the part a little later surprisingly the was put aside the counter waiting on me to come paid for it and pick it up. Nice job Arlington Toyota Parts!
