Tim Li  Tim_Li@sftoyota.com he proved to be a seasoned salesman. With no nonsense. He followed thru on all of his promises including fueling the tank :-) we used a government program and he wallows us thru and made it less stress. Also kindly taught us how to use the Toyota Mirai technology. I would recommend him.

I highly recommend buying a car from Ali Sephora!  He calmly answered all of my questions (even after the sale!) and helped me to work out some logistics and I never felt the pressure to buy that I have felt with other dealers.

Hello, this is the experience I recently had at AutoNation Toyota Buena Park. I came into the dealership with financing already secured through Navy Federal Credit Union. I’m a veteran and long-time Navy Federal member, and they have consistently handled my vehicle financing without issue. I set-up an appt. time to bring in my vehicle for a quick service. The service manager was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My daughter (19) purchased her first vehicle in January and scheduled her first service appointment (oil change) in April at Paul Miller Service Center. Two weeks following the appointment the engine light came on and the car began overheating. This was very uncharacteristic for a newer Toyota with low mileage. Kudos to Tyler and Luke in the Kunes Toyota of Galesburg Service Department. Took my '21 RAV4 in for oil change, tire rotation and the usual inspection (especially worried about the 12v battery as I have no idea how old it is). Luke checked EVERYTHING and I left knowing I have a healthy car for an upcoming trip. Luke also let me know it's nearly time for a fluid swap (which will happen on my next visit). We went for a routine alignment and oil change. Our 4Runner had minor pre-existing bumper damage: a small crack and one bent tab from a previous incident. We were upfront about this from the start.
