Property manager does not care about tenants, rather prioritizing the desires of the cheapo landlords who use them. This is the only property management company I've ever known to use cheap contractors instead of having their own maintenance crews. On multiple occasions, I have had men show up to my house with no prior contact and start poking around the property without even ringing the doorbell to introduce themselves - very scary, a breach of the lease agreement, and probably illegal because no notice was given.
