This is what the team at Arlington Reality has in depth. This, combined with their customer service focus and responsiveness, makes them our go-to real estate experts.
Overall a highly disappointing experience. I retained their services and signed a property management contract for them to manage my Alexandria Condo in late April. I paid all fees and then in late June, I received an email stating that the tenant was not paying and they are consulting with their legal personal to evaluate options.
