The only thing “luxury” about their properties are the price tags. We had numerous problems over just a 12 month lease period, including kitchen flooding and a broken dryer that took over a month to be fixed. Milton who work in maintenance is kind and helpful but save yourself the frustration of having to deal with Brian and live somewhere else.
Lived here for 3 years. Excellent response time and the sweetest maintenance men ever (shoutout Milton and J). Never had one issue with property management despite them needing to replace our AC and washer twice lol. Definitely expensive rent but great quality appliances, size, space, granite, etc.
Advertised and priced as luxury. Far from it on all fronts.
