I had an amazing experience with Dr. Tran and his staff. They made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Tran is a true professional who really cares about his patients. Peni and all the staff are just as amazing as well, my patient care coordinator was so thoughtful and always made sure I had all my questions answered. Not only is the customer service top notch but the Dr. Tran is highly skilled and I am very pleased with my results, I got exactly what I envisioned! Thank you!
I received a microblading service at this office. I arrived to the office at 7pm. No one was at the front office. I patiently waited. Finally a little after 8pm, I yelled to let someone in the office know that I was there. The technician did not get started on my eyebrows until 930. I did not complain. I provided multiple photos of microblading to the technician. However the technique performed was not proper microblading. Instead I have a tattooed line on my eyebrows. I had microblading done this morning by Peni, she is very knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Peni she is wonderful. Thank you Dr Tran for your excellent care and your staff always so nice and courteous.
I can't say enough about Dr. Trans office. First off I absoulety love Peni, she is very professional and did whatever she could to make sure I was pleased. I went in for microbading and she went above and beyond to make me look fabulous. I can't express how grateful I am for her. I would definitely recommend in a heart beat.

Was told on phone that office consult was gonna cost me $80. I check in at front office give my credit card to pay the $80. They take me to the room and doctor comes in and takes the cd to look at X-ray. While he is gone the office manager comes in and tells me that there was a mistake and they girls up front are new, but the office visit is $165 and not $80! So they charge my card for double what I was told and was already in the back waiting to see doctor. Guess $85 was worth more then a return patient

We apologize for any misunderstandings, we do have a set office policy , If the procedure is a purely cosmetic procedure the office fee is 80.00 but if the procedure being done is a medical necessity and is not cosmetic the office fees are 165.00-185.00... in your specific case the fee was not 80.00 it was 165.00 because what was told over the phone when scheduled .. was that it was a cosmetic procedure, but once patient came in it was determined it was a medical procedure, that is where the price difference was. we always g... read more
I would give a 0 if I can. I don't even know where to begin. I went in to the office with my mother for her consultation. We talked to the sweetest Vietnamese patient coordinator. When she left to go get the doctor I heard someone screaming outside the office. We walked out and this crazy lady is yelling at a young gentlemen about his bill and insurance not paying.
