Arlington Park is the best apartment complex in the area, hands down. The units all feel brand new despite the fact it’s a well established community. Townhouses and top floor flats have vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows. The clubhouse area is great with a movie theater, pool table, and a fitness center better than most comparable communities. We rarely leave negative reviews, but we're very frustrated with the management's handling of our requests. After emailing the property manager about next steps, we got no response but an unauthorized visit from a technician who didn’t fix anything. They posted a notice about installing a radon vent in our laundry room or pantry but ended up needing access to a bedroom closet we hadn’t cleared out due to no notice.
