My negative experience living here mostly has to do with getting service orders completed. When I first moved in my apartment didn't have a door. Lots of run arounds & me hounding them it took a month to get the door installed. Fast forward my AC has gone out twice. First time was during spring so wasn't really that big of a deal. Second time around it's 100 degrees outside and close to 90 degrees inside my apartment. I love living here! It is quiet and I feel safe. I am within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. My neighbors are friendly and the amenities are great!
Great place to live and I have a lovely view of the pond and fountain. I really enjoy relaxing on my patio
Do not move in here unless you want to be stressed out. I have been living here for last two years and things have only gotten worse with time. The apartments are decent but for the rent that we are paying, the amenities and maintenance is the worst. In two years, my dishwasher was replaced 3 times and I had to constantly follow up for two weeks to get it fixed. I am still waiting for the 4th request to be processed and it’s already been ten days plus garbage disposal doesn’t work so I cannot do my dishes even with my hands ... read more
I wish I can give it a zero star, but one is the lowest, so here you go. First of all, the maintenance service here SUCKS! You would never expect a solution to your request. The landlord is very comfortable with brushing the problem off and keep telling you that they are going to send someone to inspect. HOWEVER, what really happened was no one showed up. We have constant battle with our AC/thermostats. The heater broke THREE TIMES during extreme cold. We had to stay in an igloo for weeks for them to fix the problem. Then fa... read more
