Millions of people come every August to watch the Arlington Million Race, which has recently become a part of World Series Racing Championship. It is an ideal place for a family outing as the premises are resplendent with diverse hues. There is also a Kids Junior Jockey Club for the younger ones. Call in advance for tickets.

We have loved the July 4 fireworks for years. This year (2016) a little disappointing. They didn't seem to be synched to the music and the grand finale was a whole lotta noise, loud ear splitting noise. I will have to rethink next year. The admission went up $2 per person from last year, but i made that back on the races.
Tonight's Independance day fireworks display was the Best , I have seen ! Amazing !
Last year's fireworks were much better. Traffic jam leaving the parking lot is unbelievable. This might be the last time I attend For $20 a person they could surely organize the mass exodus better than tonight! We've been in the car crawling for 30 minutes and nowhere near getting onto Euclid!
My daughter absolutly loves horses and wanted nothing more than to go with her dad to the racetrack on Father's day. However, seeing that Arlington doubled it's admission prices on that particular day, we could not afford to go. Needless to say my daughter was very disappointed and had to find alternate plans. How dare you double your prices on probably one of the most popular days to visit. I think you make a pretty good penny on a daily basis....I think that was absurd! Went for opening day today. Have never had a bad Arlington experience until today. Mass confusion at Terrace Cafe. Reserved tables were resold, waitress was first rude and then totally absent. We were there for six races and after our first beer we were never again asked whether we wanted to order - it's a restaurant with a menu. Went inside to cash in winning ticket from 2015 season (website correctly says to cash it in at the track). Great day for the whole family! The grounds are as beautiful as the horses.
What a great place to enjoy a warm sunny day at a beautiful park and watch the races.
Great ADA access, restrooms should be good sized for most guests. Food court easily accessible.
