Arlington International Race Course is one of the best race courses in the world. Millions of people come every August to watch the Arlington Million Race, which has recently become a part of World Series Racing Championship. It is an ideal place for a family outing as the premises are resplendent with diverse hues. There is also a Kids Junior Jockey Club for the younger ones. Call in advance for tickets.

We always have a great time at the track. We don't win but it's a beautiful place to spend the day. Yesterday was septemberfest. That was a joke. Spent $6 on a bigger no larger than McD's $1 burger. All the food and drink is overpriced of course. But I don't mind spending a little if it's quality food. Next time we will pack a cooler and spend the $5 for cooler checkin.
I went with a group. We had reserved the International Room. It was a wonderful experience. We wished our group leader had chosen a better menu but otherwise everything was lovely. The Senior Celebration was going on so there was entertainment and lots of vendors represented. We enjoyed that.
Beautiful facility but low class racing. A total shame that ex-Governor Pat Quinn was an asshole and wouldn't grant AP the slot machines needed to compete in the industry.

My friends and I went to the Binnys wine tasting event at the park. Had a great time! The wines were exceptional and the racing was fun to watch. I will definitely go to this event next year!
It is a beautiful place the food needs to be improved too expensive
Worst experience ever. Reserved table sat through 4 races...asked the manager if we could sit there....he said he would check than blatantly ignored us. Finally just sat down and our waitress has been rude...rolling her eyes when we order....Hasn't come to our table so we had to go inside to get our drinks. Race has been over for 15 mins and she has walked by us at least 5 times. No check. Hey no tip. Wish people would respect their jobs and ppl more as we are very generous tippers. Not today!
Let me tell you a story about a chair, a very special chair. Sunday I made my return to Arlington Park Race Course, after being retired from racing for years. I returned not as a trainer/owner but as a guest. A guest of an owner who owns a Horse of the Year nominee and Breeder's Cup winner.
