Great place and location to live. With any buildings that are over 80 years old you will run into unforeseen issues but management does a great job of staying on top of it and addressing them as quickly as possible.
Potential renters, Please be advised that you will be treated like a second class citizen because you are not an owner. I have lived here for years and when i request something fixed that the condo is supposed to fix, they give you the run around. You will have to go to your landlord (owner) before they will do anything. Additionally, if anyone files a founded or unfounded complaint, they will not speak to you to get to the truth, they will immediately tell the landlord (owner) to try to get you in trouble.
