Yes a shabby location but the tech was wonderful. Caring and throughout
Scheduled a MRI on Friday for the following Monday. Had to use a sick day to take off from work only to have the receptionist call me two hours before the MRI to tell me they "don't do this type of MRI at this location". During scheduling receptionist was inattentive, lazy and had trouble spelling. Horrible service!

Can I give a negative star? Do NOT go to this low-rent operation unless you are truly desperate, and if you enjoy listening to the slamming sound of the MRI machine the entire time you're in the waiting room. It's like getting your MRI 2-3 times before you even get your turn. The receptionist was very pleasant, and the technician was nice. The facility is horrible. Worse yet, their estimated cost on Anthem's web site was $428. The bill they sent was for $1261. I gave up going to the far superior Fairfax Radiology because I w... read more
