Alden certainly knows what he is doing. He treated areas I was concerned about and massaged areas I did not even know needed to be massaged. I had an hour massage, however, I wished I had more time. I certainly want to go back.
Amazing massage. Alden is very knowledgeable of what he does. He knows exactly what to do and were to focus based on the information provided. The massage is definitely not a gentle massage but rather an effective massage where is most needed. I’d recommend him hands down. Thank you, Alden.
Alden is the best. Hands down. And hands on! I described my tight shoulders (from days at my desk), and pulled calf (from running too hard), and he knew exactly what to do. I left feeling fixed and relaxed. I’ve had therapeutic massages that alleviated ailments but were too painful. And I’ve had relaxing massages that were practically useless. Alden gave me both therapy and relaxation. I’ve already booked my next appointment. And will definitely refer him to friends.
Great experience! The neuromuscular massage I received was truly transformative. Alden was kind and made me feel comfortable. Alden’s expertise in targeting specific muscle groups left me feeling rejuvenated and relieved of tension. Highly recommend.
In all of my years of massages, I have NEVER had anyone in tune with my physical issues. As a piano player, I fight with an abnormal amount of tension in my shoulders, particularly my left one. His ability to play into that pressure point while making it comfortable for me was something that I have yet to experience in all of my years.
