My engagement ring broke on a cruise. We'd been told we'd have to go to an emergency room to have it cut off since I hadn't had my rings off since my daughter was born 5 years ago. I had read online about Arlington Jewelry Exchange's wonderful customer service and being able to fix jewelry. We went to them and they were able to cut my rings off without doing much additional damage to them. They repaired my rings and put them together. I was so happy with the job they did.
