1/29 update- Humidifier not working called reputable company for them to find the wires of the humidifier not reconnected from this awful tech. I now have my new HVAC company. Not this company. Never reimbursed for overcharge. Service work done today, Charged me $1400.00 to run 41' of thermastat wire, but reduced it to $1,000.00 to help me out. 25' of the wire is outside and they tied it to existing line, making it easy to run. I woke around 7AM Saturday morning to a colder that normal house temperature due to a furnace malfunction during the night. I called Arlington Heights Heating and Cooling and spoke with Joe. He was at my house within 45 minutes. Joe diagnosed the problem right away and was great at communicating the steps needed for resolution. The repair was completed within 90 minutes. I highly recommend Arlington Heights Heating and Cooling.

As a property manager, I deal with contractors daily. I have a constant turnover of people I go to when I need a job done. One that hasn't is these guys. Always responsive. Always honest (whether you want to hear it or not). Prices are always in line. They stand by their work.

Here’s the advice the business owner gave me after he cursed at me and cancelled my appointment - “I suggest you find another company.” This is not a company I will ever use again and would caution others to heed the owner’s own advice. I'll keep this factual and accurate. I had one of their technicians come out to our property to diagnose an AC unit that was not blowing cold air.
