I needed a simple repair—clogged drain pipe—and I needed it fast. Within 2 hours of a call to the main office, they sent somebody out. Problem fixed in minutes. Richard, the service tech, was terrific. AH&AC is my go to for HVAC issues. They haven’t been bought out by investment bankers—still a small operation surviving on customer service and kind people. I’m a satisfied customer.

Arlington Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our gas boiler about 20 years ago, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. But as both it and I are getting on in years, I finally decided it was time to get a service contract for both the boiler and our central air conditioning. This is the second time I have used their services. They are prompt, polite (thank you Marlon), professional. We came home last night to find the AC not working. I called and left a message and they called me at 7:40 am. They were here be 10 am. The PVC drain was clogged. I took a little while but they fixed it and cleaned up everything. They are great.
