We have lived here for about a year and a half at the time of this review. The property manager Danielle is without a doubt the best and most attentive property manager one could ask for. She gets things fixed immediately. Along with Sergio, the repair man, who also does great work and is very prompt with fixing issues. The community is also very quiet, most weekends you can hear kids playing which is nice. Everyone keeps to themselves and respects noise volume as well as cleanliness.
Danielle is a great property manager. She made us feel right at home the minute we met her. We applied immediately after our tour. We were approved in 2 days time. She is great with communicating although professional she is also personable. We had some AC issues first week we moved in. Danielle and her team were on it immediately! On sight maintenance Sergio came in, did what he could. When it showed HVAC would need to attend, they provided us with a good window AC system and we were made comfortable to get through the week... read more
