After spending two of my four years in Davis at Arlington Farm, I am confident to say that Arlington Farm has one of the highest standards in Davis. Their management staff are all very friendly, and communicating with them has always been easy and timely. There's always free snacks, coffee, and printing in the study room, and they even texted me about me leaving my key on the mailbox once. I've lived here for 7 months now and I'm renewing so I feel like I have some authority finally to speak on the quality of the apartments. First, the staff- absolutely amazing. I have never had a bad interaction with any office, maintenance, or custodial staff. They are all kind and helpful. Highly recommend! Quiet and well maintained apartment complex. Great WiFi access included in rent. 24 hour study lounge, gym and laundry rooms all kept clean and in working condition. Well lit at night. Unitrans bus stops conveniently in back of apartment complex, so you don’t have far to walk. Staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful and responds quickly to maintenance requests. Full-time maintenance staff are very knowledgeable, and they get the job done as quickly as possible. Great place to live!
