Communication with this clinic is awful. How do you not have a website or portal for patients to pay balances. Would not return
The worst OB/GYN they don’t even deserve a star! i sent in paperwork of what i needed done and verbally told them and physically showed them the paperwork that i was given as well and the doctor just gave me unusable referrals and then when i called about me not being able to use them they told me i had to schedule another appointment and pay another copay even though my appointment was not even a full 24hrs ago if your having infertility issues i high RECOMMEND looking else were! I came to the clinic in 2020 with my first pregnancy and from the beginning to the end they were excellent, they gave me a lot of support and now with my second pregnancy I have returned to feel at home, now they have the same location But the New look office is very nice, and I like it, they are open on Saturdays, I recommend them
Dr. Ramallo is being always so helpful at the moment that I have been feeling unwell, responding very fast and very accurate with the treatment. Also one of his MA (Marcela) is an amazing person, very responsible and specially to follow up with everything I need when my insurance company is requesting information. Thank you so much for your excellent work.
I am blessed to be referred to dr. Ramalho! There I met a couple of people, but specially Dr Ramalho and Marcela! She is sweet, competent and she took good care of me! Thank you Marcela and dr Ramalho for all you guys did! May God bless you!
