Bad bad , dirty. Doctor was talking on the phone, didn't wash his hand, touched baby's eyes, !!!!!!!! He seems didn't care his dirty hand. Felt soooo bad for my baby!!!!!!
They hide their "double billing" (copay plus a charge for refraction), by only having you pay part... which is bad enough, but then if you don't pay the other half (we thought insurance was covering it), they send that $30 extra charge TO COLLECTIONS. So make sure you're ready to pay twice if you go there. Or better yet, go somewhere else that doesn't use these deceptive practices.
