I recently had my first visit with Dr. Candice Kremer. I had three unrelated issues, all of which she addressed effectively. In addition, she answered all my questions and did not rush me in the least. A very satisfactory and enjoyable experience. Thank you!
I highly do not recommend this place. I had a 10-minute new patient appointment with dr. Kremer and despite having insurance, I received an unexpected high bill. The office staff was unhelpful, and they charged me for things I didn't ask for or consent to, especially considering it was my first visit. This experience was frustrating, and I feel like I was taken advantage of. Definitely won't be returning.
I would like to preface this review by saying that Dr. Kandl is knowledgeable and professional and I do recommend her services. However, I cannot recommend the practice. I received a four-digit bill after a 10-minute new patient appointment despite having insurance. The practice did not disclose any costs associated with the visit until after the appointment and I was never advised what would occur during the visit. Excellent in all respects. Dr Kremer is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and highly skilled. I’m grateful for her help and that of the entire team, which is very efficient and supportive.
