Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I hardly got past the front desk. The older lady was so offensive.
