I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the receptionist and the people who Takecare of the patient appointments.the behavior is Frey rude and inappropriate..I had an requested a week ago but no response from them ..
Dr. Bova and Kaitlyn, a hygienist, are fantastic. Dr. Kahn, is not. There have been times he has not mentioned a dental problem that could be a larger issue until it is too late and now will cost more. They seem to look at patients only as dollar signs and nothing else. They also do not have anyone anymore who is a endodontist on staff and just give you a referral. My experience was bad at front desk. This morning. I have been going to Arlington Dental Associates for several years and an employee ruined it for them. She tried Coplaining a bill that I said I would pay after I have been seen by the hygienist this morning. She wanted me to pay immediately. I said after, but she insisted I pay now. I walked out!
