Product prices high. But the one star came from me attempting to order a small amount of trim 10 min before close and they didn’t want to sell to me because it was to close to closing
My experience at this place, was One that i’d never go back there again! Three woody woodpeckers workers in the yard ,one operating a forklift, the other one goofing off and the third one came in acting like the tough. They started screaming at me because I pulled over Live parking Wait for the customer pulling out of his spot. So get this, That was just outside— went in to get the paperwork for my bug screen, mistakenly entered the contractors office. It felt like the year 1911
Requested quote for a wooden storm door - after 2 weeks still no response.
This week, I needed to pick up some cedar boards for the house. I can’t even describe how helpful, patient, and just all-around welcoming everyone at this organization was to a guy who clearly did not know what he was doing. Most especially helpful: Scott in the lumberyard. He was a really terrific guy who went the extra mile with a smile. I’d give more stars if they were available. Thank you so much.
