When you find this place tucked between a couple of stores on a busy street, you'd think you stumbled onto a Mafia repo lot -- lots of high-end cars crammed into a parking lot in back. Don't let appearances fool you. Most of the cars I saw apparently were lease turn-ins at high-end dealers, so all good stuff. I saw a Jaguar XJ online, went in to take a look. Salesman1 was very courteous. He let me look around the vehicle and we discussed the possible value for my trade in but in any case I had my cash and was to purchase if the vehicle was in good driving condition. As I’m about to go for a test drive, salesman2 approaches me and says the vehicle is “basically sold”. I asked if there was a deposit on the vehicle because there was no sign on it and it’s still listed as available on the website. He says no but his buddy is coming... read more
