BEWARE BEWARE. This has to be the most dishonest dealership and salesmen I've ever dealt with. Bought a car online it took over 30 days to get the title. When I received the car it was nasty,had wheel rash,tires were bald,said they had 2 keys but sent only one,said they had a manual but didn't send it. I have spent well over $5000+ on tires,rims,radio amp,countless stuff on inside of car. All of this was never told to me and said they would give me a 30 day warranty. When you find this place tucked between a couple of stores on a busy street, you'd think you stumbled onto a Mafia repo lot -- lots of high-end cars crammed into a parking lot in back. Don't let appearances fool you. Most of the cars I saw apparently were lease turn-ins at high-end dealers, so all good stuff. Their people are great -- our sales rep, the owner, everyone I met was helpful and on their game. I saw a Jaguar XJ online, went in to take a look. Salesman1 was very courteous. He let me look around the vehicle and we discussed the possible value for my trade in but in any case I had my cash and was to purchase if the vehicle was in good driving condition. As I’m about to go for a test drive, salesman2 approaches me and says the vehicle is “basically sold”.
