Clean, newly updated apartments. Very quiet and good neighborhood.
This place is awful. If I hadnt of been so sick the last couple years I would be out. The building has switched hands so many times in the last 7 years, that not much (if any) maintenance has been done. It takes forever to get anyone into your apartment to fix anything. I have been living with a disgusting clogged/leaking sink, a broken toilet and a huge fire saftey issue- i've had to use the tips of my fingernails (from day one-9years) to unlock/lock deadbolt.
