My friend asked me to post this for her as she doesnt want to use her name. Homestead needs to qualify whom they accept at Arlington apartments. It used to be better, they would let in quality people only, now they accept a lot of trash that cause problems. Cops are at the apartment weekly. Homestead almost needs a security guard to watch for theft and outside disturbances. Homestead wont even return your calls too. They have a lack of staff there and need more help. The 2.8 review score is accurate.

I lived here for approximately 8 years met quite a few nice people my apartment was quite comfortable but I face the back parking lot where the noise was really unacceptable it was non-stop daily and the smell of the garbage in the summertime was excruciating the new windows are great but they only open about 3 in for child security good luck with an air conditioner
I would like to give this building a rating of 3.5 out of 5. The reason I am deducting points is that if you own a car and prefer to do your own vehicle maintenance, or if you have your own tools, this building does not allow you to repair your car in your parking space. I don’t know why, because if you are paying for your parking, it shouldn’t matter. If you can fix your car on your own driveway, you should be able to do it within your parking spot as well.
