Clean, newly updated apartments. Very quiet and good neighborhood.
This place is awful. If I hadnt of been so sick the last couple years I would be out. The building has switched hands so many times in the last 7 years, that not much (if any) maintenance has been done. It takes forever to get anyone into your apartment to fix anything. I have been living with a disgusting clogged/leaking sink, a broken toilet and a huge fire saftey issue- i've had to use the tips of my fingernails (from day one-9years) to unlock/lock deadbolt. I just moved out after living here for 3 years and want to give a detailed and fair review of my experience. The building is in a fairly safe and quiet location on the edge of suburbs with a few amenities (grocery store, shoppers drug mart, some restaurants, etc.) just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. My kitchen and bathroom were renovated right before I moved in and overall it was pretty nice place for the price I was paying (1460 for a 1-bedroom with outdoor parking in 2019).
