RecommendedNice place near busses in downtown Everett area. Responsive management and Corp. office located in this building too. Someone around 6 days a week during business hours. Staff is friendly but stern. Been here over 6 years now!
Horrible, dirty, run down, bug infested properties ALL Williams investment properties. They overcharge for shitty apartments with peeling paint etc..... when you tell them the unit they moved you into is bug infested they DO NOTHING ABOUT IT AND TRY AND BLAME YOU. Luckily I have signed affidavits that past places I’ve lived have no bug issues! They rip you off, treat good tenants like dirt and are no better than slum lords!
