Fantastic buying experience with Ivan Rios. We had done a lot of research over the past few months and landed on buying an Acura RDX. Went to the dealer in Highland Park and had the worst experience, bait and switch, unprofessional sales people, etc. As a result, we were wary about another Acura dealer.
