I purchased my Acura here back in February, and they still haven’t provided the spare key they owed me. The salesperson promised it would be mailed within a week, but I never received it. I’ve been calling at least once a month since then, and every time I’m told “someone will call you back” — no one ever does. I finally went in person in October to resolve it.
