Ivan was our salesperson and he was fantastic! Great listener and understood our needs. Very resonable when it was time to close the deal. Adrian took care of our financing and he could not have been more clear on how the deal was going to be structured. He made us feel like everything was easy and not stressful. This is specifically for the service department and my recent visit on 9/27/25. I have been coming to this dealership since 2018 and have owned 4 Acura vehicles. Dishonest people who are very short-sighted and only care about quick $$. Don't bother with scheduled maintenance. They don't even check alignment until your tires are worn out and start making excessive noise - this had happened to me with two of our new Acuras all at around 15k miles, which I have religiously brought in for all of their scheduled maintenances.
