You get no response from anyone, we applied thru Arlette services for my parents, we were assign a service coordinator, and has not returned our calls in over 60 days, please stay away from this agency.
Stole 5 of my checks and never paid them back. I went to confront them and they argued with me on it. I tried talking to Arlette but, she ignored me and refused to talk to me. Arlette's son told me he would call me back to talk about the situation but never did. And until this day, I'm still trying to figure out, "WHERE THE HECK IS MY MONEY?!"
