Dr. Martell is truly one of the most amazing doctors I have ever seen. In a time when so many medical appointments feel rushed, Dr. Martell takes the time to listen, explain, and genuinely care about her patients. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this office. The patient experience doesn’t just start when the doctor walks into the room, it starts the second you walk through the front door. The lady at the front desk (I’m sorry, I forgot her name ☹️) is ALWAYS so kind, welcoming, and just genuinely sweet. That alone just sets the tone for the whole visit.
