As exciting as it is to have a Black, female doctor the staff is terrible. It's impossible to get a call back to even schedule an appointment. I've been trying for weeks and all they say is they can take a message and have someone call back. Unfortunately, I will be finding a new primary care doctor and having to wait to get my meds.
She a great Doctor she know what she doing I recommended her to anybody . I recommend this doctor to anyone that’s looking for a doctor. She’s great from the hospital to her clinic. If you looking for a doctor, she’s the one.
They don't answer there own phone calls. They have a answering service email them a message stating they will get back with you. I work and not available to answer my phone while working not knowing when they will call back. If I can't ever call and speak to someone directly in office during business hours, then that is Not the doctor I want taking care of me and my family. Call last week to get an appointment and they never call back. I ended at Urgent care. Today is week later and I still cant get hold them.
I'll never take my son there again is docter appt was at 920 he started getting ansy so she came out and said the rooms were full but his appt was at 920am though that receptionist that she has working for her is very dumb and unprofessional!!! We won't be going back I had to pay someone to take us 40.00 gone down the drain
