As exciting as it is to have a Black, female doctor the staff is terrible. It's impossible to get a call back to even schedule an appointment. I've been trying for weeks and all they say is they can take a message and have someone call back. Unfortunately, I will be finding a new primary care doctor and having to wait to get my meds.
She a great Doctor she know what she doing I recommended her to anybody . I recommend this doctor to anyone that’s looking for a doctor. She’s great from the hospital to her clinic. If you looking for a doctor, she’s the one.
They don't answer there own phone calls. They have a answering service email them a message stating they will get back with you. I work and not available to answer my phone while working not knowing when they will call back. If I can't ever call and speak to someone directly in office during business hours, then that is Not the doctor I want taking care of me and my family.
