ront desk lady Dolores very rude, impatient, not a people person should not be in the front desk I work in the health care and respect all my patients the least I can get is the same when I am going to my providers.
Terrible experience. I arrived at my appointment feeling hopeful and ready to finally solve my problem. Even though I had a scheduled appointment, I still had to wait about 45 minutes before being seen. This was my first time having this procedure done, so I was nervous and expected professional and compassionate care. Before the doctor started numbing my foot, I got scared when I saw the needle. First time trying to visit.. had an appointment for 11:30 came into a full waiting room, stood inline for 15 minutes without any help or acnollagement .. left … also parking sucks!! You have to park in the back and enter front only ! 😡
