I have never felt as judged walking in anywhere as I have at this bridal shop. The older, shorter woman that was up front was extremely rude, making it seem like I don’t belong shopping there, just because I did not want to drop $5k on a dress and basically hurried me out of their shop telling me I should look other places first. Mind you, I could easily afford every single dress in this place, but the attitude of the employees here made me not want to come back. Had a great experience with Alex and Arlet. The shop is clean, and they even added special touches to personalize the experience. Arlet had asked what I liked about dresses before my appt so that they could pull some options for me. They also worked with me and my timeline, and were able to get me appts 2 days in a row since some people weren't available the first appt.

I had such a wonderful experience at Arlet Bridal, and a huge part of that was thanks to Alex! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and genuinely excited about finding my dress. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered great suggestions, which led to me finding my dream dress! It’s clear she absolutely loves what she does. I would highly recommend this bridal store, as they have a beautiful selection of dresses and an amazing staff!
I purchased my dress here during a private appointment and had the most magical experience! Alex is amazing, knowledgeable and sweet. The first dress she pulled turned out to be THE dress and i couldnt be more thankful for her guidance during this process. We went back for dress pick up and they helped me find the perfect veil to match I am extremely thankful i went with Arlet and highly recommend them if you want a smooth and beautiful shopping experience (also recommend a private appointment if you can!)
