Didn't listen to what haircut was wanted and did what she wanted. Horrible experience.
Hung up the phone terrible service
Excellent service. Called and said I was going to be late as in after hours. She said no problem give me a call when your getting close. She came back in almost 2 hours after closing for a quick 15 min haircut. Needless to say I tipped very generous. True old school here believes in taking care of her customers. She didn't charge me extra at all.
They don't answer the phone!
