Arlene has truly been a Godsend ! She takes the time to listen to her patients, really hears their concerns, and looks at everything with an open mind. It’s very clear that Arlene genuinely cares about her patients and wants to help them feel their best. I would highly recommend her—especially to anyone who struggles with migraines. I have been with Arlene since 2013 when she was with Rowe Neurology Institute and they closed because of COVID the Dr. Rowe Retired . When Arlene left there, I followed her to St. Luke's. I live 4 hours away and because of ongoing Health Issues and Travel Time, I feel I need to be closer so I am leaving a Dear Friend who has been like Family to me.
