Arlene is very knowledgeable, sincere, dedicated and more important very easy to work with, she spared no effort to get my mobile home sold, she spent an unbelievable amount of time advising me regarding preparing the home for sale, she addressed every aspect with a complete knowledge from paint colors to what really makes a difference on the interior from a buyer's perspective, on a scale of 1-10 I'd give her 1,000

Made us comfortable through the whole process. We weren't prepared for some of the challenges we encountered in this purchase, but Arlene held our hand walked us through it all, and got us passed the challenges of a difficult seller, and made the process as easy for us as possible and was clearly more knowledgeable than the other broker, seller's attorney, etc. I can't recommend her enough.
