Arlene and Keith ARE Oxnard Waterfront real estate. I've seen their signs and photos around forever. When it became time us to get a beach place in Oxnard, we went to them. My wife and I felt we were with the most knowledgeable Realtors in the area, which I'm they are. They know all the details about the area and educated us on the area SO MUCH! We made a great decision to hire Arlene and Keith. We liked the Tiki Hut boat ride around Mandalay Bay too.
