Coming into this store (Arlenco under a new name) has been majorly disappointing. They had an older guy in there for a few months who really did a great job in making the store look professional and he had a lot of knowledge about AV and good customer service skills. The store went from looking disgusting to looking really good and now, with just one person there it is starting to look disorganized and dirty once again.
