Called about a battery and asked if they give a military discount and was told yes. The next day when I purchased the battery the person I spoke to on the phone wasn't working and the gentlemen didn't know how to invoice it and said this was the first time he has ever heard about it. I could have returned the next day to purchase it but I live pretty far away and needed my truck.
